TOPS SOCCER
The Outreach Program for Soccer (TOPS) is a soccer program for those with special needs. A TOPS soccer player is defined as any individual, 6-12 years of age, with a physical or mental disability, who would like to play with others based on ability rather than age. Children with autism, cerebral palsy, down syndrome, and other disabilities have thrived in this program.
TOPS emphasizes teamwork, development, training, and participation. Our goal is to enable young athletes with special needs to develop their physical fitness, technical skills, courage, and self-esteem through soccer.
